The open consultation hour at the DAZ offers advice seekers a wide variety of support, for example in filling out applications and forms or in the context of everyday accompaniment to authorities. The main contact persons are the job centre, the foreigners authority as well as the social, youth and district office. Advice on consumer protection is also available.
