Integration guides are language and cultural mediators who specialize in the low-threshold integration of refugees and new immigrants in the districts. They have successfully completed a comprehensive training consisting of four modules on the structure and tasks of the district administrations/district offices, the educational structures in Germany and Berlin, the basics of social legislation and the basics of communication and counselling, which is continuously supplemented by additional qualifications.
