The psychosocial contact and counselling centres (KBSen) are present with their staff both in the accommodations on site and in their own rooms.
Social workers and psychologists provide counselling in different languages or with the help of interpreters. They can assess the mental health status and clarify the need for medical treatment. They support you in finding a referral to the psychiatric help system.
Each contact and counselling centre offers a weekly programme in its district, which you can find out about on the website of the respective KBS.
