• Help and referral in crisis situations.
• Assistance with contacts and visits to authorities, such as job centres, employment agencies, citizens' offices and the various departments of the district office
• Support in talks with schools, kindergartens and other institutions
• Language mediation services are offered in case of lacking German language skills (not for medical consultations)
• Special help and support for new arrivals in the district's shared accommodation facilities
