Integrationslots*innen in Gesundbrunnen/ Standort Koloniestraße

Integration guides are people of non-German origin who have been living in Germany for a long time. They see themselves as mediators between the different cultures and show people with a migration background ways to help them find their way here.

Free, confidential counselling, support and help on the following topics:

• Help and refer in crisis situations
• Assistance with contacts and visits to authorities, such as job centres, employment agencies, citizens' offices and the various departments of the district office
• Support talks with schools, kindergartens and other institutions
• Language mediation services are offered for those who lack German language skills
• Special help and support for new arrivals in the shared accommodation of the district.
