Counselling is free of charge, confidential and anonymous

• Initial and orientation counselling in cases of abuse or dependence on alcohol, medication, illegal drugs and gambling addiction. For those affected and their relatives
• Psychosocial support, e.g. support in clarifying social matters
• Referral to outpatient and inpatient facilities for detoxification, long-term therapy, etc.
• Aftercare following inpatient therapy, crisis intervention in the event of relapses.
