The contact point is a project for newly immigrated EU citizens, mainly from Bulgaria and Romania. Offers are:

• Social and orientation counselling
• Accompaniment and language mediation at social institutions, health care and authorities
• Mediation counselling to other counselling centres and institutions
• Outreach social work in existing hotspots
